Continual investment keeps us at the forefront of laser technology,  recent purchases include Bystar 4.6 kw laser machine with 4m x 2 m twin pallet bed incorporating full 4 axis cutting capability allowing for tube and section cutting .  Our machine range incorporates:

• Laser
• Hi Def and Air Plasma
• Oxy fuel
• EDM wire technology

Our range covers 2d simple shapes to highly accurate 5d components, along with tubes and  sections all produced by Computer Numerical Controlled processes with electronic links to Cad and Cam packages. Electronic files accepted in all formats reducing cost and time scales of prototypes and batch work.

This facility is offered for stand alone cut components or as an integral part of the "Total Engineering Solution".
